Payments by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard (0€ charge)

If you would like to pay by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Savanni will act solely as the marketer of the respective products and services and will provide the products to the buyer. All complaints and claims for compensation will be handled by Paytrail Oy. With regard to payments made by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Paytrail Oy acts as the merchant of the product and the trade transaction takes place between the customer and Paytrail Oy. The seller is liable to meet all the responsibilities related to the trade. Paytrail Oy is also the recipient of the payment.

PayPal- a simpler and safer payment option (0€ charge)

PayPal is a global online payment service that allows you to transfer funds electronically and shop online, just using your email address and password. It’s fast, easy and safer than ever. You don’t even need a credit card to use PayPal- only a bank account. Opening a PayPal account and making payments with PayPal is completely free, there is only a small fee for currency conversion if you’re shopping overseas.

How does PayPal work?

If you wish to pay using PayPal, you need to have a PayPal-account. To open a PayPal-account, visit www.paypal.com and follow the instructions provided to open your account.

Paying for your online shopping with PayPal is easy and only takes a few clicks, because you don’t have to share financial- and personal information when you’re paying - they are already securely stored on PayPal servers. So you don’t need to share your financial information with the person receiving the money and expose your details online or in public. PayPal does not share confidential financial information with the seller; the only thing they see is your email address and delivery address.

Follow these steps to pay using PayPal: Provide the information needed at the checkout, choose Paytrail as your payment method and press the “Go to pay” button. Go to the PayPal online payment service and log in using your email. Check your payment details and confirm your order – your payment is done! PayPal will send the payment to the seller’s PayPal account and the order may be sent without any delays.

Klarna invoice (only in Finland and Sweden)

The invoice option that is offered by Klarna allows you to make your purchases now and pay later but within 14 days.

It is easy and safe to make your purchases with Klarna since you don't have to give your card information and the payment can be made after you have received the products you have ordered. Klarna invoice also offers the option of part-payment.

If you choose this option an extra charge will be added to your purchases - 4,90 euro for orders placed in Finland and about 29 SEK for orders placed in Sweden (depending on the exchange rate).

If you fail to pay in time you will be charged with a 5 euro reminder fee as well as an interest on overdue payment that is 7,5% (applies for purchases made in Finland). Klarna will check your identity and credibility when you make your purchases. In some cases this may involve checking the information about your solvency.

For purchases made in Sweden the reminder fee will be 29 SEK for purchases less than 60 SEK. For purchases of the value of 60 SEK or more the reminder fee will be 60 SEK. You will also be charged with an interest on overdue payment that is 25,00 % and the reference rate of interest that is valid at the moment. If you fail to pay after this the claim will be handed to the collecting of debts where you may be charged with additional collection fees.

Part-payment by Klarna (only in Finland and Sweden)

All the purchases that you have made with Klarna part-payment are automatically collected in the same account and the same monthly invoice. This also applies if you have made purchases in several different online shops using Klarna account, which means you will get one single invoice a month that gives you a good overall picture of your situation. Regardless of the amount of purchases this also means that you will only have to pay one invoicing charge (if there is a charge). When the total amount on the account has been paid off the account will automatically be closed.

Terms for part-payment in Finland (3,95€ charge):

By choosing to pay with the Klarna account system you get to pay for your order by your chosen amount of part-payments. When you pay for your order with Klarna's flexible part-payment option Klarna Oy will automatically open an account for you when you make your first purchase.

You can pay an installment of the invoice either monthly with an amount of your own choosing (although the minimum is 9€ or 1/24 of the total amount of the invoice - depending on which one of these is bigger). You can also choose to pay according to one of the fixed schedules for payment (3-36 months) that are offered in the checkout but notice that this option is only available for purchases for more than 100€.

To get your purchases approved you should give us your personal code number, your address that is registered in the population register and your yearly income. As soon as you have confirmed your order you will get a confirmation that your order has been approved. When using Klarna account for the first time a contract concerning the account will be sent to you for signing and sending back to Klarna Oy.

Terms for part-payment in Sweden (0 SEK charge)

The arrangement fee for purchases at the value of 10000 SEK is according to the basic terms of Klarna account 0 SEK. The valid annual interest is 19,90% which equals an effective interest of 29,22%. The price for purchasing on credit is 11458 SEK. The amounts of part-payments are 12 and every part-payment is at 955 SEK. This example implies that the purchases will be paid off in one year.

When placing the order an investigation into credit rating will be made, which in some cases involves a credit report. You will get a copy of the report sent to you by mail.

By using Klarna invoice you agree to let us use your personal information according to Klarna's data protection policy. This includes transferring of this information to specific chosen partners or states outside the EU/EEA.

Internet banking services (only available in Finland, 0€ charge)

You can pay for your purchases at the following internet banking services: Nordea, Sampo, Osuuspankki, SP/PoP, Aktia, Nooa, Handelsbanken, Tapiola, Ålandsbanken, Säästöpankki and S-Pankki.

The payments and financial services are made through Paytrail Oy (2122839-7) in collaboration with the Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oy purchases the payment and then accounts for it to the merchant. From the user's point of view this service is conducted as a regular online payment.

Cash on delivery (only available in Finland, 8,40€ charge)

If you choose cash on delivery as the payment method your order will be sent to your nearest post office. The cash on delivery option means that you will be paying for your parcel when you fetch it at the post office. Orders that are made with this payment option are delivered as regular letters. If you want to pay with cash on delivery you should choose "Letter €0.00" as delivery option at the checkout. If a customer fails to fetch his or her delivery we maintain the right to not send orders made with this payment option to the same customer or to the same address again. We don't deliver orders by cash on delivery to poste restante addresses.
