Delivery Costs

PRIORITY LETTER: 0-2.90€

This delivery option is free of charge for all orders of 20€ or more. For order less than 20€, a fee of 2.90€ will be added. Please note however that priority letter orders cannot be tracked with a tracking code. For international orders we strongly recomment using express letter, where you can track the shipment.

INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS LETTER: 12.90€

The fastest shipment method. Choose this delivery option if you wish to track the delivery of your parcel. You will be provided with a tracking code which you can use to track your order. Savanni strongly recommends choosing the express letter option, especially for more valuable orders. We use the local post offices for our deliveries so please check with them to get information about the practices for receiving your parcel.

Delivery Time

We aim to process all orders as fast as possible, usually already the same day that the order is made or the next working day. All orders are dispatched when possible on the day the order is made or the next workday. Delivery time will vary depending on the destination and the local post. For countries belonging to the European Union delivery time is usually 2-5 days. Deliveries in Finland usually take 1-2 days (1-4 days during rush hours) and deliveries in Sweden usually take 2-4 days (if the delivery is made with the standard option).

We aim to remove temporarily sold out items from our online shop, but if an item you have ordered is sold out, we will inform you about this via email. If you wish, the entire order may be sent to you after the sold out item is available again. Our aim is to deliver your items in perfect condition. If an item you have ordered will not be in stock for a longer period of time, we can deliver your order in parts.
