Register concerning the customers of the webshop.

The purpose of handling personal data

The register is only used for maintaining the customer relationship between the customer and the webshop. Placing orders in our webshop does not require that you register and become a part of our register of customers.

Contents of the register

Basic information about the customer: customer number, surname, first name, postal address, postal code, post office, telephone number, mobile phone number, e-mail address, order history and the follow-up data on the orders.
The register also contains the customers' permission to receive marketing-driven communication.

Normal sources of information

The contact information is saved when the customer register. The rest of the data is saved when the customer purchases something from the online shop.

Normal transfers of data and the transfer of data outside the EU or the European economic area

The administrator of the register does not give away information to external operators.

Principles of protecting the register

The data system and the files of the administrator of the register have been protected with commonly used technical protection measures. The rights to use the register require a personal user name and a password.
