Unused items may be returned within 14 days of the purchase, given that they are returned in the same condition as they were delivered. Due to hygienic reasons the return policy does not include piercing jewelry, nose jewelry or earrings.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service at email@example.com or call us at +35850-3582643 in urgent cases. We will provide you with the instructions regarding the return. When possible, a defective item is replaced by an identical, intact item.
Parcels broken during delivery
Unfortunately the post delivery service is not always able to deliver items intact to the customer. Because of this, we recommend that you check the item already when collecting it to detect possible flaws. If the item has been damaged during shipping, the damage is to be reported immediately at the post office. Please contact Savanni as well to discuss replacing the damaged item.
