Where are you located?

We don't have a shop anymore, our products are only sold online. Our office and warehouse is located in Espoo Finland. Pick-up orders can be collected at the agreed time from Lansantie 25C, Espoo.

Where do the products come from?

We have our own imports, which allows us to keep our prices reasonable and ensure the quality of our products. At the moment, most of our imports come from Asia (Thailand, Indonesia, Korea, China) and the USA, but we also receive products from Germany, England and Italy.

Our piercing jewelry has been tested in the Finnish customs laboratory and meets all EU quality standards.

Why do you sell earrings per piece?

Because it is requested by our customers - someone wants different earring for different ears, someone has one hole in one ear and five in the other, men often want to wear an earring only in one ear. This is why we want to offer our customers the possibility to buy only one piece of earrings, and not force them to order two (pairs of) earrings of the same design. So most of our earrings are mix'n'match, and you can create the combination that suits your own style! And if you want a pair at once, you can do that too - just order two pieces of the same design.

How long will delivery take?

As a general rule, all orders placed before 1pm on weekdays will be posted the same day. In Finland, delivery usually takes around 1-2 working days depending on the delivery method chosen (express mail is the fastest method). For international orders it varies depending on the country.

How much do delivery charges cost?

In Finland, delivery is free for orders over 50€.. Otherwise the delivery costs inside of Finland are:

Matkahuolto 5,90€

For international orders the delivery cost varies depending on the country.

What payment methods are available for international customers?

International customers can pay through the following secure and safe payment providers: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay Shop Pay, and Google Pay.

What is the right of return or exchange?

Hygiene products (piercing earrings/earrings/nose rings) do not have an automatic return or exchange policy, other products have a 14-day return policy. If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service team at info@savanni.com for instructions.

Why are piercing jewelry products non-returnable?

Piercing jewelry and hygiene products are non-returnable because once tried on, the jewelry cannot be put back on sale. We want to guarantee all our customers clean and unused jewelry.

What do I do if I am not sure about the suitability of a piercing? Can I get the products in a sealed bag?

If you are unsure about the fit of your piercing jewellery, you can contact our customer service team at info@savanni.com and ask us to put the products in a seal bag. An unopened seal bag is subject to the normal return policy. If you are unsure of the correct size of the piercing, our customer service team will be happy to help.
