Shipping policy
Orders are processed and delivered very quickly, usually on the same day (orders received before 2pm) or the next possible working day. Please include your official and permanent address. If you want a shipment to be sent to an address other than your usual address, you must use the c/o-mark in the shipment.
Exception: we are on holiday from 23 to 31 December. Orders placed during Christmas and the Christmas holidays will be posted in early January.
Delivery methods
LETTER POST: 2.90€
Delivery time 1-3 working days (no delivery on Tuesdays). The letter post will be delivered to your home with the daily mail. Please note, however, that letter mail is not tracked by the Post Office and in the event of loss, it is difficult to trace.
EXPRESS LETTER: 9.90€
Delivery time 1 working day. The express letter is delivered directly to your home with your daily mail and usually arrives on the working day following delivery. As Post discontinued airfreight at the beginning of 2019, exceptions to delivery times may occur in some parts of Finland. You can check with your local post office to see if the express letter will reach your location from Espoo within 24 hours. Orders placed before 14:00 on weekdays will be delivered the same day. We will also provide you with a tracking number that you can use to monitor the progress of your order.
SMALL PACKAGE: 0.00 - 4.90€
Free for orders over 40€. Delivery time 2-3 working days. The small package is delivered to your home and comes with lightweight tracking.
MAIL PARCEL: 0.00 - 5.90€
Free for orders over 40€. Delivery time 1-3 working days. The parcel is delivered to a postal service point or to a vending machine, with tracking.
0.00 - 4.90€
Free for orders over 40€. Delivery time 2-4 working days. Delivered to a Matkahuolto service point or vending machine, tracking on delivery.
PICK-UP FROM THE WAREHOUSE IN ESPOO
If you wish, you can also pick up your order directly from our warehouse in Kilo, Espoo. If you choose pick-up, we will send you a notification by SMS when the shipment is ready for pick-up. We will also give you more detailed instructions for the pick-up. As a rule, you can pick up your order on weekdays from 10 am to 4 pm, but you can also request a different pick-up time if necessary. NOTE! Due to a special situation, pick-up is temporarily disabled. However, if you wish, you can collect your order at a time agreed separately. If the order is returned, any delivery charges will not be refunded.
